In this episode, Chris and Kaylia tackle the idea of book bans.
Featuring an interview with “All Boys Aren’t Blue” author George M. Johnson, we talk about race, gender, censorship, and being one’s authentic self. We also chat with Nadine Farid Johnson, a PEN America lawyer who breaks down some of the legal and long-term censorship issues in school libraries.
Plus “death months,” “throbbing members,” and the “danger” of joyful gay sex. Enjoy!
